The University of Southern California (USC) is seeking a full-time neurologist to join the Department of Neurology at the Keck School of Medicine.

About the role

The successful candidate will be a neurologist with expertise in managing complex movement disorders cases, including medical, surgical, and device therapies. They must be eligible for medical licensure in the state of California and be board certified or board eligible in neurology and fellowship trained in Movement Disorders.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Movement Disorders programs at the Keck Medical Center and Los Angeles County Medical Center and their affiliates.

Requirements

  • Board certified/board eligible in neurology and fellowship trained in Movement Disorders.
  • Expertise in managing complex movement disorders cases including medical, surgical, and device therapies.
  • Eligible for medical licensure in the state of California.

Qualifications

  • Doctorate in Medicine.
  • Experience in movement disorder management.
  • Strong clinical skills.

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of medical ethics and patient care.

The position offers competitive salary packages with excellent benefits. Compensation and academic rank is commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Pay

The annual base salary range for this position is $150,000-$210,000.

Schedule

The position is primarily dedicated to support of the Movement Disorders programs at the Keck Medical Center and Los Angeles County Medical Center and their affiliates.
