About the role
The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary environment, focusing on clinical diagnosis of occupational diseases and workplace-related hazards. The role involves expanding and cross-linking existing research topics within the university.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-quality research in occupational medicine with a clinical focus
- Strengthen and expand research collaborations within the university
- Supervise Masters and PhD students
- Deliver teaching in occupational medicine with demonstrated didactic qualifications
- Acquire peer-reviewed third-party funding
Requirements
- Qualification as a specialist in occupational medicine and/or equivalent domestic and foreign qualifications
- Completed medical education with a PhD or equivalent degree
- Outstanding scientific expertise in clinical diagnosis of occupational diseases and workplace-related hazards
- International recognition in the field of occupational medicine
- Proven track record of successful, continuous acquisition of peer-reviewed third-party funding
- Demonstrated educational and didactic qualifications
- Competence in diversity and gender-related matters
- International work experience

Pay
The gross salary is based on the collective agreement for university employees (scale 49, A2) and may be adjusted depending on previous work experience.
