What You'll Do
- Support and prepare assigned learners to achieve NCLEX success through meaningful interactions, consistent communication, and customized learning plans
- Maintain open communication throughout the coaching process, including grading and attendance tracking for assigned activities
- Develop, outline, and facilitate scheduled study sessions and 1:1 coaching appointments
- Complete initial and final evaluations for assigned learners and graduates, and make recommendations for transcript clearance
- Attend NCLEX faculty meetings, participate in committees, and contribute to shared decision-making and faculty activities as required
- Participate in the implementation of functional projects as they arise
- Maintain certification records as required by accreditation, facility, or state board of nursing standards
What You Bring
- MSN required
- Availability and commitment to serve across all three academic semesters each calendar year
- Doctorate preferred
- Experience facilitating concept-based nursing education
- Proficiency in at least one learning management system (LMS) — Canvas preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and other technology platforms used in online nursing education delivery
Budgeted Hiring Range
$80,000 - $87,000 USD
Pay
All new hires are required to attend New Collaborator Orientation (NCO) in Salt Lake City, Utah. The College will cover travel, lodging, and other accommodations.
