About the Role

Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the Division of Hematology in the Department of Pediatrics at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seek candidates for several Assistant Professor positions in the non-tenure clinician educator track.

Qualifications

• M.D. or M.D./Ph.D. or equivalent degree
• Board certified/eligible in Pediatrics or Internal Medicine and Hematology (strongly preferred)

Responsibilities

• Teaching medical students, residents, fellows, and advanced practice providers (APPs), including formal lecture opportunities
• Inpatient and outpatient clinical care at CHOP's Philadelphia Campus
• Basic science or clinical research related to pediatric hematology

Requirements

• Documented record of scholarly productivity
• History of collaborative and/or independent research efforts
• Ability to present a research vision to the department
