About the role

We are seeking applications for a faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor. Rank and track will be determined by the candidate’s qualifications.

We are particularly interested in individuals with a research background in cellular or systems neuroscience who can complement and diversify our existing expertise in electrophysiological, imaging, behavioral, and computational approaches. Significant collaborative opportunities are available on campus through the Neuroscience Center and the Alcohol Research Center.

Requirements

• M.D., Ph.D., or both
• Clear vision for maintaining a funded research program
• Strong publication record that supports the research vision
• Existing extramural funding is strongly preferred
