Requirements
- Valid Louisiana Teaching Certificate with one or more of the following credentials:
- Certification as a principal or Educational Leader 1
- Educational Leader Level 1 or Level 2 certification
- Educational Leader Eligibility endorsement with letter issued by the Louisiana Department of Education
- Out-of-State Principal certificate or eligibility letter issued by Louisiana Department of Education
- Five years’ successful experience as a classroom teacher
- Master’s Degree or higher (preferred)
- Educational administrative experience (preferred)
