Primary Responsibilities
- Coach and Develop Educators
- Use the Framework for Teaching to observe, evaluate, and support teachers through meaningful feedback and individualized growth plans
- Lead Instructional Excellence
- Oversee curriculum development, alignment, and continuous improvement to ensure high-quality instruction across all classrooms
- Support New Teachers
- Manage the Teacher Induction Program and mentor new educators to set them up for long-term success
- Drive Student Success
- Plan and supervise Extended School Year (ESY) and credit recovery programs
- Build Strong Partnerships
- Serve as a key liaison between families, school districts, advocates, and staff—facilitating collaboration and communication
- Ensure Compliance & Operations
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to all educational and legal requirements

Requirements
- Master's degree in Special Education or related field with principal certification required
- Valid PA Special Education teaching certification required
- Minimum of three years of professional experience in an educational setting related to the instructional process required
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid PA driver's license and car insurance

Pay
Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually

Full-time position, 40 hours per week
