A graduate of a Bachelor's degree program (required); Master's degree in a related field (preferred). Transcripts will be requested as part of the onboarding process.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the school leader to support campus-specific goals and initiatives.
- Provide strong instructional coaching to teachers to improve scholar achievement, including evaluating lesson plans, observing classes, and leading professional development.
- Collaborate with the school leader to manage student disciplinary issues, oversee school-wide events, and support successful school operations.
- Assist in managing, evaluating, and implementing clear procedures for school operations, including instructional programs, extracurricular activities, advisory and Town Hall programming, and discipline systems.
- Support teachers and staff in analyzing and using data to drive instruction, fostering a culture of civic engagement and scholar self-advocacy.
- Manage the civic coordinator and collaborate with the Civics Program Director on event communication, campus programming, and sharing civic engagement ideas.

Pay
Salary range starts at $112,800 and is commensurate with experience.
