Assistant Primary Teacher

Key Responsibilities

• Aid the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans
• Supervise students in the classroom and on the playground
• Provide one-on-one support to students who may need extra help
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
• Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• An associate's or bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience working with young children is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential
• The ability to work well in a team environment is important
• A passion for working with children and helping them learn and grow is necessary
