Responsibilities

• Support a calm and nurturing environment as children transition from structured activities to the afternoon routine
• Engage children in quiet, developmentally appropriate activities, such as reading, puzzles, art, or imaginative play
• Absorb children during snack time, including setup, cleanup, and helping children with basic needs
• Supervise indoor and outdoor free play, ensuring safety and encouraging positive social interactions
• Clean and organize the classroom at the end of the day, including sanitizing toys and wiping down surfaces
• Support a smooth and safe dismissal process, ensuring each child is signed out with the correct authorized adult

Requirements

• You should have a genuine passion for working with young children
• This full-time position is available 5 days per week, with hours from 9:00AM-5:00PM
• Prior experience working with young children is a plus
