Summary of Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Portfolio Monitoring & Credit Oversight
- Track loan maturities, extensions, payoff timelines.
- Maintain delinquency and default tracking systems.
- Identify and mitigate risks such as refinance risk, construction delays, and business plan execution.
- Lender & Capital Partner Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for lender inquiries.
- Prepare and deliver regular loan updates, delinquency reports, borrower communications, and portfolio summaries.
- Borrower & Collateral Tracking
- Monitor property performance and business plan adherence.
- Ensure covenant compliance and document material loan events.
- Portfolio Reporting & Analytics
- Create watchlists, dashboards, and comprehensive portfolio reports.
- Provide insights and support for CFO and Capital Markets reporting needs.
Education and Experience
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in private credit, real estate lending, or structured finance.
- Strong credit and loan analysis skills.
- Experience in portfolio monitoring, asset management, or credit analysis.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational abilities.

- Establish standardized reporting processes.
- Develop a robust watchlist and risk mitigation framework.
- Contribute to the development of a portfolio-level narrative.
Compensation
- This position is exempt, full-time, with a salary range of $140K - $165K, plus discretionary bonus potential.
