Assistant PM / Junior PM

We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager / Junior Project Manager with 2–5 years of experience in high-end residential construction and development in New York City.

• Support project management activities for high-end residential projects.
• Assist in coordinating ground-up construction, refurbishments, and finishes.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Apply transferable skills and knowledge gained from prior high-end residential experience.
• Continue developing expertise in construction management and related disciplines.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years and up to 5 years of experience in high-end residential construction.
• Current experience in the high-end residential space is strictly required.
• Relevant degree in construction management or a similar field is preferred.
• Proven ability to contribute to high-value, prestigious projects.
