Responsible for managing pharmacy operations, ensuring patient care, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations including inventory management, medication dispensing, and customer service.
• Ensure all medications are accurately labeled and stored according to FDA guidelines.
• Manage staff, schedule shifts, and provide training on new policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate prescription refills and patient education.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary supplies.
• Respond to patient inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Comply with all state and federal healthcare regulations and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
• Current Florida Pharmacy License.
• Minimum 2 years of pharmacy management experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications
