Responsibilities
- Support daily parts department operations and workflow
- Supervise and assist parts team members
- Help manage inventory levels, ordering, and stocking
- Ensure fast, accurate parts delivery to service, body shop, and customers
- Aid customers with orders, questions, and issue resolution
- Support pricing, promotions, and wholesale parts sales
- Track performance, sales, and inventory metrics
- Maintain organized inventory and efficient processes
- Ensure safety standards and dealership policies are followed
- Step in for Parts Manager when needed
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry
Qualifications
- Able to work flexible schedules and some weekends
- Strong leadership and team support skills
- Organized with attention to detail
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in automotive parts or dealership environment preferred
- Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality eagerness to improve
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
- Reliable transportation to and from work every single day
- Valid driver's license for 3 years minimum and clean driving record a plus
