Assistant Partner Manager

Position & Duties

• Responding to daily chats, emails, and communication with partners.
• Aiding in onboarding new partners and data feeds.
• Maintaining data feeds, lead delivery, accept rates, compliance, and overall partner performance.
• Communicating with internal teams about optimizations, performance issues, and scaling opportunities.
• Participating in weekly meetings with leadership to discuss partner performance and optimization strategies.
• Tracking and analyzing key performance metrics for each partner and campaign.
• Providing regular internal updates on partner performance, trends, opportunities, and operational issues.
• Monitoring for fraudulent, suspicious, or non-compliant activity.
• Assisting with setup and troubleshooting of tracking links, redirects, post-backs, and routing systems.
• Supporting day-to-day operational execution across the Loans vertical.
• Helping ensure opportunities and partner requests are followed up on promptly and professionally.

Qualifications & Skills

• Technology-forward and able to quickly learn new software and systems.
• General understanding of: tracking links, redirects, cookies, post-backs, and lead generation systems.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and operate effectively in a fast-moving environment.
• Comfortable working with data, metrics, and performance reporting.
• Positive attitude with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
• Experience in lead generation, affiliate marketing, fintech, lending, or performance marketing is a plus.
