Assistant Parking Operations Manager

About the role

This position assists with providing strategic leadership and direction for the on-site parking facilities by maintaining day-to-day operations while ensuring the highest levels of customer service and parking revenue generation.

The ideal candidate will have previous parking industry experience, with a hospitality focus also being a top asset. Progressive supervisory experience with front-line team oversight, some experience with scheduling and payroll, and a Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business are all helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide for the administration of all activities related to the physical operation of the parking garage, including cleaning, repair, equipment maintenance, and security.
  • Assist with management of the day-to-day fiscal activities of the garages, including on-site bookkeeping, accounts receivable, and budget management.
  • Develop budgets for parking accounts and explain variances for monthly, quarterly reports, and annual plans.
  • Assist with management of all aspects of the lessee’s parking, including rent roll maintenance, contract files, lease provision compliance, and maintaining an accurate account of all monthly parkers.
  • Supervise the timely and accurate completion of daily reports as they relate to the parking operation.
  • Sustain a culture of quality customer service aimed at providing a positive entry to exit experience for all guests visiting the facilities.

Requirements

  • Previous parking industry experience with a hospitality focus.
  • Progressive supervisory experience with front-line team oversight.
  • Some experience with scheduling and payroll.
  • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business (helpful but not required).

Pay

Salary Range $38,000 - $45,000 Annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday - Friday, with the possibility of working weekends and holidays.
