Assistant Outdoor Track Coach
Job Description
The Assistant Outdoor Track Coach will assist in the supervision and coaching of track and field athletes at Radford High School. Responsibilities include organizing practices, managing equipment, and working closely with the head coach to develop and implement training programs. The position requires a strong commitment to athletics and a passion for teaching and mentoring young athletes.
About the Role
This is a part-time position that does not require a college degree, but candidates must have a minimum of three years of successful coaching experience at the high school level. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to work collaboratively with other coaches and staff.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the supervision and coaching of track and field athletes
