About the role
The Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at the Missouri University of Science and Technology (S&T) in Rolla, Missouri is seeking an outstanding applicant for a non-tenure-track (NTT) teaching faculty position at the assistant/associate professor rank.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the core activity of teaching and departmental curriculum development and delivery.
- Provide high-quality teaching at the undergraduate level across a range of fundamental mechanical and aerospace engineering courses.
- Teach other fundamental courses to the mechanical or aerospace undergraduate curricula.
Qualifications
- Possess a Ph.D. in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or a closely related field.
- Successful prior teaching experience is an important consideration.
- Industrial experience is very desirable but not required.
