The Computer Science Department at Clarkson University invites applications for a tenure-track position at the Assistant or Associate Professor level. We are a small department where faculty are passionate about both teaching and research. We are interested in candidates who share this passion and are committed to excellence in both teaching and research.

Responsibilities

• Teach a variety of undergraduate and graduate computer science courses.
• Develop and sustain a research program.
• Advise and mentor both undergraduate and graduate students.
• Provide service to the Department, University and Profession.

Requirements

• A Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field by the start date.
• A publication record and the strong potential to secure external funding.

Qualifications

• Preferred Teaching experience.

Skills

Expertise in any area of computer science, particularly in artificial intelligence and cybersecurity.
