Assistant Nurse Manager- Oncology/BMT Irvine- FT, Variable Shifts
Responsibilities
Manages human resources.
Directs patient care activities.
Maintains unit budgets.
Participates on departmental and medical center wide performance improvement projects.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years recent clinical nursing experience in adult acute care, within the last two years.
- Leadership skills, including effective communication, coaching, and conflict resolution within an acute care environment.
- Current Oncology or BMT certification.
- Complete understanding of patient classification system & staffing requirements for the patient population.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science, Nursing.
Skills
Establishes and maintains effective working relationships across the Health System.
