ASSISTANT NURSE MANAGER INPATIENT PSYCH
About the role
The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) directly reports to the department Manager. Clinically and administratively supports the team. Monitors staffing and scheduling, develops a state of constant readiness for regulatory agencies, is actively engaged in patient satisfaction improvement/stabilization, and improvement of departmental efficiencies. Other duties/responsibilities as assigned.

- Complete administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Nursing (BSN) required
- 1 year of formal nursing leadership experience is required
- 1-3 years of relevant Inpatient Psych RN experience required
- Maryland Registered Nurse License, American Heart Association BLS Certification
- Must be a member of a Professional Organization
