Manages assigned direct reports including recruitment, hiring, coaching, disciplinary actions, development, education, competencies, performance evaluations, and payroll functions.

Manages nursing staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and optimal patient care.
Conducts regular staff meetings to communicate updates, address concerns and provide guidance.

Manages budgets and resources efficiently to meet financial and operational goals.

Requirements
- Thorough understanding of hospital policies, procedures and legal aspects of acute care nursing
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Basic computer skills, including experience with an Electronic Health Record
- Five or more years of current clinical experience
- Cerner documentation

- Associate's of Nursing
- Bachelor's of Nursing
- Field Of Study Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
