Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) - Med Surg Neuro (Nights)

About the Role

Manage all aspects of a specialty area, including direct daily supervision of staff, inventory control, and assignment of team members. Coordinate case planning, patient flow, and implementation of processes. Ensure team success on identified quality measures such as patient hospital-acquired conditions and fiscal responsibility for the unit.

Requirements

• Associate Degree or 2 years of college coursework
• One year of related experience
• Working knowledge of standard practices and procedures
• Georgia Registered Nurse License or Multistate Nursing License
• CPR certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience preferred
• Certification preferred
• BSN preferred

Limited supervision over a large section of employees.
