About the role
A day in the life of an Assistant Neighborhood Construction Manager (ANCM): Life as an ANCM is fast paced, exciting and different each day. You'll start your mornings before the usual office staff on site at your neighborhood and serve as the second in command when it comes to quality control, scheduling contractors and trade installations as well as keeping the site clean, safe and working efficiently. You will be the right hand of your Construction Manager and a big part of making sure our homes are built to our standards and delivered to our homebuyers on time. On a daily basis you will complete tasks like ordering building materials, reviewing, and confirming selections for each home built, while building relationships with the sales, purchasing and construction teams throughout the building process to deliver each home to the homeowner.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the second in command when it comes to quality control, scheduling contractors and trade installations as well as keeping the site clean, safe and working efficiently.

Requirements

- Has shown the ability to independently manage projects
- Proficient in various software systems; including MS Office
