About the role
American Swim Academy in Dublin is looking for a full-time Assistant Member Service Director who loves to interact with people in person and on the phone in a fun and fast-paced environment while supporting the Senior Management Team.
Responsibilities
- Assist Member Service Director with meeting call and revenue goals
- Motivate the Member Service Team
- Answer phones, make follow-up calls, and enroll swimmers
- Demonstrate proficiency with computers and accurate typing to complete member interactions and enrollments
Requirements
- Friendly, customer service oriented, and enthusiastic
- Ability to multitask
