Assistant Medical Director
Responsibilities
Provide compassionate, comprehensive, and high-quality veterinary care to our patients.
Foster a positive and professional work culture where our team thrives.
Collaborate with leadership (Medical Director, Hospital Director, and Ethos Regional Leadership Team) to drive operational excellence and uphold our mission and values.
Serve as a medical subject matter expert and support and mentor the medical team.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in veterinary medicine, preferably in a leadership role.
Board certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., internal medicine, surgery) preferred but not required.
Experience with integrative medicine and holistic approaches to veterinary care.
Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
