Assistant Meat Market Manager FT

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure that Floco Foods customer service, merchandising programs, and departmental operations are maintained in the meat/seafood department to achieve maximum sales.
• Assume the duties of the Department Manager in their absence.

Qualifications

• Possess good interpersonal skills, effective selling skills, and have an outgoing personality.
• Work well with others.
• Sell and interact with guests.
• Lift 50 lbs. occasionally and 25 lbs. constantly.
• Read and understand information and directions.
• Know meat/seafood products and operations.
• Supervise hosts including training and development.
• Learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job, including operating a computer.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Work in a cold environment.
• Bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods of time.
• Have meat cutting experience preferred.
