Assistant Marching Band Director - Color Guard

Responsibilities

• Select, train, and prepare the marching band for performances at designated events.
• Attend all contest and practice sessions regularly.
• Instruct students on rules, rule changes, new developments, and innovative ideas in marching band.
• Adhere to the educational philosophy and objectives of Robbinsdale Area Schools.
• Follow all rules and regulations of Robbinsdale Area Schools.

Qualifications

• College degree or working toward a college degree in music.
• Knowledge of music for marching band.
• Ability to work effectively with high school music students.
• Experience preferred.
