About the role

The Assistant Manager role is vital to the operations within the restaurant. You’ll lead important internal functions such as Employee Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, and be results-oriented by effectively delegating tasks to team members and reporting back on results.

Responsibilities

• Supervise food quality, safety, cost, and new menu items in the Kitchen
• Hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals
• Ensure all staff is trained and organize key service areas within the restaurant to provide the best service
• Directly support the General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards in three areas: Kitchen, People, and Service
