Key Responsibilities

• Promote and monitor service quality
• Empower staff to use their best judgment
• Provide feedback to the management team
• Work estimated 4 desk shifts per week
• Guest Services Team Leadership
• Directly supervise Guest Services team
• Recognize outstanding performance and service
• Encourage individual and team development
• Set clear standards consistent with Juut’s policies and processes
• Communicate repair and maintenance needs
• Staffing & Productivity
• Update front of house labor calculator
• Maintain salon budgets through appropriate staffing, inventory levels, and expenses
• Ensure a manager or Team Lead is always present
• Facility
• Ensure the front-of-house meets Juut’s standards of excellence

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, secondary schooling preferred
• 2+ years managing a team in a salon, spa, or retail environment (college degree in business, management, hospitality, or related program may be considered in lieu of experience)
• Availability to work salon schedule – nights and weekends required
• Proficiency with common business software, including POS system
