We're searching for Assistant Managers who are dependable, driven, and not afraid to roll up their sleeves. Open availability is a must, and you should expect to work weekends, holidays, and primarily second or third shifts.

Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in all aspects of day-to-day operations. Key duties include:

• Running the register and assisting customers with speed, accuracy, and a great attitude.
• Coaching and motivating team members to consistently upsell products and promotions.
• Helping hire, train, and lead a high-performing team focused on customer service and store success.
• Stepping in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handling inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store fully stocked.
• Maintaining a clean, welcoming store-including restrooms, trash areas, and fuel pumps.
• Creating and managing team schedules to ensure full coverage.
• Performing daily cash handling, deposits, and overseeing store financials.
• Providing feedback and leadership that motivates your team to excel.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Open availability to work weekends, holidays, and likely second or third shifts.
• Reliable transportation, including a valid driver's license, access to a personal vehicle, and proof of insurance.
• Physical readiness for tasks such as cleaning restrooms, taking out trash, and maintaining outside areas like pumps.
• To be at least 21 years old.
• Proficient communication skills in English, with basic math skills.

Pay

The hourly rate for this role is between $15.00 and $17.00 per hour.
