Assistant Manager - Specialty Coffee - The Mall at Green Hills

About the role

As an assistant manager on our team, you’ll play a dual role — part empowering leader, part consummate teacher. In this role, you’ll complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program that covers all the ins and outs of running a successful unit. You’ll hire, train, manage, and motivate a crew of pros to consistently serve up amazing customer service while supporting the success of your unit by keeping customers happy, complying with company procedures, and maintaining productivity while controlling costs.

Responsibilities

• Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program
• Hire, train, manage, and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Support unit success by ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with company procedures
• Maintain productivity and manage costs effectively

Requirements

• Solid written and verbal communication skills, as well as basic accounting skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Career ambitions in the fast-paced food and beverage industry
• A food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations
• 2+ years of coffee bar management experience

Pay

Pay range: $34,500.00 - $56,000.00 Annual. Pay offers are dependent on location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
