Assistant Manager/Shift Lead

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Shift Lead, also known as Assistant Manager. This role supports the Operating Partner and General Manager in daily operations, team leadership, and sales performance. The primary focus is on selling monthly wash memberships at the pay station.

Responsibilities

• Support the Operating Partner and General Manager in daily operations
• Lead and motivate team members
• Manage sales performance and membership sales
• Ensure a safe, clean, and friendly experience for every guest
• Close sales confidently and effectively
• Engage with customers to educate them on the value of our membership program
• Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Follow company systems and maintain a clean appearance
• Lift a minimum of 25 pounds and operate electronic devices
• Operate in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Lead by example and solve problems

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in supervisory roles such as shift lead, team lead, or crew trainer
• Experience in customer service, operations, or team-based roles
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
• Ability to operate electronic devices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Problem-solving skills

Pay

$18 per hour with an additional $3 commission for every membership sold.

Schedule

Shifts vary based on business needs, typically including early morning, late evening, and weekend hours.
