Assistant Manager - Sales

Responsibilities

• Provide customers access to high-quality goods that enhance their quality of life
• Drive sales growth through completed rental agreements and prospecting new business
• Deliver friendly, top-notch customer experiences in-store and in customers’ homes
• Perform safe and compliant deliveries, pickups, loading/unloading, and product installation
• Maintain an inviting store through organized merchandising and cleanliness

Requirements

• 1–3 years of retail, customer service, sales, or collections experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record (required to drive company vehicles)
• Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, and appliances
• Strong communication and customer service skills
