About the role
The Assistant Manager, Process Improvement will lead continuous improvement initiatives, support automation strategies, and influence operational performance across the facility.
Responsibilities
- Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across distribution operations
- Identify and execute projects that improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance service levels
- Partner cross-functionally to implement process optimization and automation solutions
- Analyze operational data to identify performance gaps, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting dashboards
- Support workflow and space optimization to improve operational efficiency
- Build team capability through coaching, training, and mentoring in process improvement methodologies
- Drive a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience managing and developing leaders
- A track record of successfully leading and implementing process improvements
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platforms
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve operational efficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (or equivalent experience)

Pay
The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $90,000 and $110,000 per year. Please note that this position's salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands.
