Assistant Manager - Paschal's Express - Atlanta Airport

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining and monitoring the day-to-day operations of the unit, including cost, revenue, labor, and inventory control.
• Supervising and assigning duties to unit employees, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of all areas.
• Maintaining quality control records, including compliance with company, franchise, brand, and regulatory agency requirements.
• Maintaining compliance with airport requirements and being aware of unit volume and activities.
• Maintaining effective communication and positive relationships with employees by managing discipline, resolving issues, and conducting performance reviews.
• Recruiting, selecting, promoting, and training associates, as well as managing other status changes.
• Working with maintenance staff to inspect, maintain, and replace equipment as necessary.
• Fulfilling safe food handling, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or completion of a technical school program in restaurant management/food service, highly preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in restaurant/food service with 2 years of leadership experience.
• Ability to obtain alcohol awareness and/or ServSafe Food Safety certification.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, P&L, and sales reports.
• Leadership and motivational skills, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively.
