This unique opportunity is designed for two professionals who will work together to oversee the daily operations of a U-Haul center, with one individual serving as the General Manager and the other serving as the Assistant Manager. On-Site Housing
On-site housing is provided as part of this opportunity. The selected management team will reside in company-provided housing located at the center, offering a convenient living arrangement while allowing you to be fully engaged in the operation and local community.

Primary Responsibilities
- Handle transactions, storage rentals and customer service.
- Keep regular, detailed and complete records.
- Ensure cleanliness and security of the storage site.
- Assist the storage center manager with directing and motivating center personnel.
- Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
Minimum Qualifications
- Driver's license and the ability to maintain a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- An eye for detail
Physical Demands
The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods both indoors and outdoors of remaining stationary, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools, and moving a minimum of 50 lbs assisted or unassisted.
