Mercandising & Planogram (POG) Management
Maintain and update international Fashion Nail planograms to ensure shelf compliance, optimize product placement, and align with merchandising strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and international teams to coordinate product launches, follow up with retailers, and support merchandising initiatives.
Pricing Strategy
Conduct competitor analysis, build financial models, and analyze market trends to determine optimal price points to maximize profitability and market share.
Product Development & Innovation
Develop and deliver new Fashion Nail product innovations (NPD) for international markets; contribute insights to support product lifecycle management.
Market Research & Consumer Insights
Collect and analyze competitive data, pricing, and market trends to inform merchandising decisions and product planning.
Project & Workflow Management
Manage material status updates, annual SKU reviews, and ensure timely completion of ongoing merchandising and retailer projects.
System & Documentation Management
Maintain accurate product information, SAP data entries, and internal documentation for both domestic and international accounts.

Anticipated Compensation Range
The anticipated compensation range is 22.75 - 44.50 USD Hourly. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location.
