Assistant Manager: Lift Experience- Hourly

Responsibilities
- Aid in preparing department budgets, supervising staffing levels, and managing resources efficiently.
- Coordinate supervisors and training to ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards: C.P.T.S.B., ANSI, OSHA, and USFS.
- Collaborate with management to lead the lift operations management team in developing and implementing vital department programs, including staffing, training, safety, goal setting, employee performance, retention, incentives, payroll, work compensation, code compliance, and record keeping.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues.
- Assist in hiring decisions.
- Manage tool/materials/sign inventory.
- Perform maze work.
- Participate in health and safety initiatives.
- Liaise with all other corporate departments as it pertains to lift operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Supervisory or managerial experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PeopleSoft.
- Patience, understanding, and inclusivity.
- Skilled skier or rider.
- Preferred: Mountain operations experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Lift Maintenance experience.
- Experience in crafting training programs and instructional manuals.
Qualifications
- Minimum age: At least 18 years old.
- Housing availability: No.

Pay
The expected pay range is $25.00 - $32.14. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
Schedule
Winter Seasonal, Full Time hours available.
