Assistant Manager, Internal Audit

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop the audit program for assigned audits while there is no existing audit program
  • Supervise and review the documentation, provide results and conclusion of tasks performed by junior internal auditors to ensure the success and professional standards of the assignments
  • Identify and define issues and review and analyze evidence
  • Assist in recommending corrective actions based on independent judgment and suggest improvements to operations and cost reductions
  • Write audit reports for distribution to management and senior management and document the results of the audit
  • Maintain internal control systems by updating audit programs and questionnaires, recommending new policies and procedures
  • Communicate audit findings by preparing a final report, discussing findings with auditees
  • Adhere to all organizational and professional ethical standards

Job Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor degree or master in education, psychology, human resource development or relevant fields
  • Experiences: Experience in auditing or Audit Firm is advantageous
  • Skills and knowledge: Fluent in English, high attention to details and excellent analytical skills, sound independent judgment, effective time management skills to meet deadlines, advanced computer skills on Ms. Office, self-motivated, honest, integrity, committed, and hard working
