Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day administration and project management of CAC and Advisors, including timelines, communications, renewals, and other activities aligned with fundraising goals
- Support the planning and execution of donor events and engagement opportunities, including CAC studio visits, Advisors meetings, and other stewardship and cultivation programs, in collaboration with Curatorial, Development, and Special Events colleagues
- Support portfolio management by tracking donor activity, monitoring pipeline progress, and coordinating follow-up to ensure consistent movement toward solicitation goals
- Maintain accurate donor records in Tessitura, including interactions, contact reports, plans, and next steps, ensuring strong data integrity
- Prepare donor materials such as invitations, proposals, renewals, and briefing documents
- Oversee donor stewardship for the Exhibition Fund and Impact Fund, including communications, reporting, and engagement opportunities
- Partner with Individual Giving officers to ensure consistent donor communication, engagement, and strategic alignment
- Track fundraising goals, participation, and pipeline metrics, and provide regular updates to support team decision-making
- Stay informed on Museum priorities, exhibitions, and programming to support mission-aligned donor engagement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in development, donor relations, or a related field
- Strong project management, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to take initiative, manage competing priorities, and drive projects to completion
- Excellent attention to detail and accountability, particularly in donor tracking, data management, and fundraising goals
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build thoughtful relationships and support donor engagement, stewardship, and events
- Collaborative, adaptable, and able to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Tessitura or a similar CRM, Microsoft Office, and a strong commitment to data integrity
- Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends for donor events
