Panda Express is searching for experienced leaders to join our store management team. With close to 2,800 locations globally, Panda Express is the largest family‑owned American Chinese restaurant concept in America, committed to delivering exceptional Asian dining experiences and fostering a culture where people are inspired to better their lives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage, and direct associates to achieve financial goals.
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Make the store a success.
• Participate in a 3‑or‑more‑week store leadership training program.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Willing to relocate to a store within a 50‑mile radius of home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified (Food Safety).

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for up to four hours and reach across counter tops (36 inches).
• Prepared to work in hot, noisy kitchen environments with limited storage and high shelving.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
• Ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations.
• Capable of working quickly and accurately while preparing hot and cold foods using Chinese cook knives and other kitchen equipment.

Pay

Pay range: $25 per hour – $28 per hour. Individual pay within the range is based on work location and experience.
