Assistant Manager (Indeed Event)

About the role

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join the store management team as Assistant Managers. You will assist in operating a single store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The company provides a paid Store Management Leadership Training program of three or more weeks, mentorship, and community support.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the overall operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage, and direct associates to meet financial targets.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3‑plus‑week paid store leadership training program.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Willingness to relocate to a store within a 50‑mile radius of home.
• Flexible schedule availability, including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb., stand for up to four hours, and reach across counters up to 36 in.
• Capability to work in hot, noisy kitchen environments with limited storage space.
• Food safety certification (Serve Safe) preferred.

Compensation

Pay Range: $23 per hour – $26 per hour. Individual pay is determined by factors such as work location and experience.

Schedule

Flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
