Panda Express is searching for experienced leaders to join its store management team. Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage, and direct associates to achieve financial goals.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3‑or‑more‑week store leadership training program.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Serve Safe certified (Food Safety).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for up to four hours.
• Ability to reach across counter tops (36 inches).
• Flexibility to relocate to a store within a 50‑mile radius of home.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule that includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate.

• Skill preparing hot and cold foods, using Chinese cook knife and other kitchen equipment quickly and accurately.

Pay

Pay range: $23 per hour – $26 per hour. Individual pay within the range is determined by work location and experience. No guarantee of bonus; bonus programs may be changed or terminated at any time.

Schedule

Flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
