Responsibilities

• Set the pace for the store and tone for the team; start with a huddle, assign bays, and keep workflow steady for safe, timely service.
• Be on the floor with the team, coaching and stepping in where needed.
• Talk with customers to explain options clearly and get them back on the road confidently.
• Bust tires: install, rotate, balance, repair, and clean new tires and wheels.
• Coach a team: train, mentor, and coach a team of 4‑5 technicians.
• Manage inventory: organize new and existing tires, wheels, wiper blades, and lug nuts.
• Delight customers by providing an inviting, easy, and safe experience.
• Grow through hands‑on, on‑the‑job training and development.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• Automotive enthusiasm is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
