Assistant Manager (Full Time)

About the role

You will work with the Store Management Team to ensure that each Customer receives an amazing Tillys Experience. This includes modeling exemplary service and selling behaviors, hiring, training, and developing a strong team of Associates, ensuring smooth execution of Store operations, and creating a great Store environment.

Pay

Hourly Salary Range: $18.50 - $20.50. Offer placement within this range is dependent on a variety of factors, including prior relevant experience, skill set, store volume, and location.
