Assistant Manager - Full Time

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through their shopping experience.
• Sell shoes, apparel, and accessories to customers.
• Process sales transactions, including handling cash, credit cards, and discounts.
• Restock the sales floor and maintain store neatness and organization.
• Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and training the sales team.
• Coach and discipline the sales team to ensure top performance.
• Lead the team to deliver the best customer sales experience.
• Prepare and make bank deposits.
• Process incoming freight and set up the sales floor.
• Open and close the store, including times when you may be alone.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and personal transportation for bank deposits.
• Interest in teaching others sales techniques and managing a team.
• Willingness to stand, walk, kneel, twist, bend, climb ladders, reach, stoop, and lift 25–50 pounds.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts.
