Assistant Manager - FT 1076
About the role
FullSpeed Automotive is one of the largest multi-brand automotive service platforms in the country, operating locations nationwide under brands customers know and trust. Every great customer experience starts at the store level — and the Assistant Manager plays a critical role in making that happen every single day. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in leading day-to-day operations, ensuring the team delivers fast, friendly, and high-quality automotive service while maintaining a safe, clean, and well-run location. We are looking for someone who leads by example, takes pride in a job done right, and genuinely enjoys building a team that customers and coworkers can count on.

- Greet customers, explain services, and ensure every visit reflects FullSpeed Automotive's commitment to speed, quality, and trust.

- Support compliance with all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies.
- Assist with tracking daily sales, productivity, and key performance metrics, helping the team stay focused on store goals.
