What You’ll Do As an Assistant Manager: Freight Flow

• Drive sales and profitability by leading logistics processes
• Foster a customer-first selling culture
• Lead and develop a high-performance team
• Execute daily business priorities
• Utilize company tools and training resources
• Coordinate with Store Manager on freight processing
• Validate and maintain Loss Prevention policies and inventory management
• Maintain and manage stockroom organization
• Analyze business trends using available reporting
• Problem-solve business opportunities and take appropriate action
• Exemplify and maintain World Market culture and values
• Support a safe work environment through ongoing training

Skills & Experience You’ll Bring

• Proven results in fast-paced specialty retail environments
• Effective communication and adaptability
• In-the-moment coaching and conflict resolution
• Attention to detail and creative problem-solving
• Sound decision-making and delegation skills
• Ability to execute daily priorities efficiently
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant leadership experience
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Standing, bending, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 21 years
