About the role

The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faceted position that blends business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. It oversees daily store operations—including opening and closing routines—and improves efficiency across all store processes. The Assistant Manager also applies creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge, while leading talent through recruiting, training, engagement, and development. Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Supervise the sales floor and stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service and seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and manage payroll.
• Train and develop non‑management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision‑making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Operate register/point‑of‑sale systems.
